We work in conjunction with medium to large HRO, PEO, Payroll and other Employee Services companies looking to acquire complimentary entities, including technology companies that meet their vision for strategic and overall growth. Once contracted, we assist in facilitating key personnel introductions, discussions, business negotiations, legal negotiations and acquisition closures.
Healthcare
We partner with Relatyv, owned by Dr. Will Bozeman, an experienced inventor, innovator and a leader in the medical/biotechnology field. ERG specifically collaborates with Will to vet, finance and mentor medical personnel that fit the qualifications needed for his NFPM program. NFPM combines a pain management protocol which includes electroanalgesia, targeted IV therapy, and whole-person coaching, which takes place in a patients home.
ERG provides planning, strategy, goal execution and access to funding channels for growing healthcare industry companies that need outside, knowledgeable, unbiased support.
Medical Products, Bio identical Products and Esthetics
We partner with Integrity brand, a division of Medical Buyers Group. Integrity provides med spas, doctors and dentists with bio identical products, PRP kits, PRF products and other high quality advanced devices/products at competitive prices. ERG helps Integrity find new solutions and new products to fit their growing line of esthetics supplies and other related products. We also assist by providing mentor support for this fast growing company.
Tobacco Free Nicotine Products
We help companies access, market and develop retail solutions for distribution in the dynamic, growing area of tobacco free nicotine related products.
